Fiscal Year End Procedures BusinessPLUS

Description: This seminar will take your school district through all aspects of the fiscal year end procedures.   Topics include a review of the checklist for required and recommend process steps and utilities used to migrate data from year to year. This seminar is highly recommended for school districts concluding their first school year on BusinessPLUS and for those needing to roll their HR, payroll and financial data to the next year.

During the program you will learn:

  • How to use the fiscal year end checklist
  • How to roll Human Resources pay assignments, salaries and benefits
  • Review required and recommended payroll fiscal year end procedures
  • How to prepare financial accounts for the new year
  • How to update position control for the new year
  • Required updates needed by technology or business analysts

Fees: 2 Hour Seminar – $175 for first person, $50 for each additional
