Barcoding Fonts Supplement
EXHIBIT: BARCODING FONTS SUPPLEMENT
Additional Definitions. “Barcoding Fonts” means the software program or programs MI100R08.L4P – 600 dpi normal MICR font, MI100R08.L4P – 600 dpi wide MICR font, or MI100R08.L4P – 600 dpi short MICR font, and all modified, updated, enhanced or replacement versions of such programs hereafter released by Elfring Font Inc.’s under its maintenance and support programs to PowerSchool by Elfring Fonts, Inc., (“Elfring Fonts”) and identified under the name “Barcoding Fonts” in Exhibit B.
- Ownership. Elfring Fonts Inc. owns the Barcoding Fonts.
- Restrictions on Use of Barcoding Fonts. Client’s use of the Barcoding Fonts is subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
- (a) Except as expressly set forth herein, this Agreement grants no rights to PowerSchool or its End-User sublicensees (“Client”) to use, copy, modify, distribute, license, or create derivative works of the Barcoding Fonts or to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive source information related to the Barcoding Fonts in any manner. Client has the right to use the Barcoding Fonts only in Object Code form, and only with the PowerSchool licensed Software.
- (b) Client acknowledges that the Barcoding Fonts are proprietary to Elfring Fonts and are supplied by PowerSchool under license from Elfring Fonts. Title to the Barcoding Fonts shall at all times remain vested in Elfring Fonts or its designated successor. Except for the right of use that is expressly provided to Client under this Agreement, no right, title or interest in or to the Barcoding Fonts is granted to Client. Elfring reserves all other rights to the Barcoding Fonts and related documentation not expressly granted to PowerSchool. Nothing in this Agreement restricts Elfring from distributing the Barcoding Fonts and related documentation to any other person or from granting any person the right to use, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exercise any rights in or to the Barcoding Fonts in any manner whatsoever.
