Our Process:
- Planning: Develop detailed work plans, task assignments, schedules, and expected deliverables for the project.
- Preparation: Prepare the system, business processes, procedures, hardware, and data for implementation.
- Pilot: Implement your solution in a sub-set of schools in either test or full production mode.
- Roll-out: Implement the solution following a phased or staggered roll-out approach
- Completion: Perform a formal review of the system, processes, and procedures as implemented. Includes decommissioning the existing system.
